Following a fantastic period of growth, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Consultant into both our permanent and locum teams, so if you are looking for a move to a bespoke agency where you will be given the tools to bill from day one then we could be the one for you!
We are offering established patches and clients so that you can bill from day one and an unrivaled commission structure with no threshold so you earn from the moment you bill.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Working on recruitment matters for a variety of matters
- Speaking with Clients and obtaining job specifications
- Sourcing and Selecting Candidates
- Taking References
- Arranging Interviews
- Managing the Recruitment Process from start to finish

This role is a full time, permanent position, the working hours for this role are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm on a Friday, with one hour for lunch every day (subject to change). We are based in stunning offices in a converted mill in Lindley, conveniently situated near bus and rail links, with the M62 a stone’s throw away.
In order to be a successful candidate you must display the following attributes:

History of working in Legal Recruitment is highly desirable, however we will consider applications from other recruitment fields.
