Due to growth, we're looking for a legal recruitment consultant to join our busy team in Manchester.

Who we're looking for
We keep an open mind regarding background. You might be a recruitment consultant currently (any white collar sector), or working in the legal profession (paralegal, licensed conveyancer, CILEX or solicitor) or commerce; BCL has successful recruitment consultants on the team from each of these backgrounds. As such, character is more important to us and we're interested in people who are self-motivated, professional and resilient. Ideally a graduate, you'll possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You'll have at least two years' relevant work experience gained after graduation.
