Our client is a leading commercial, full service law firm. It’s Birmingham office is in the heart of the Colmore District and it known for being a friendly and welcoming firm.

 

A vacancy has arisen in the commercial property / real estate team to provide efficient and professional administration support to a team of lawyers and assist in providing a seamless service to clients.

 

Key responsibilities will include diary management, meeting organisation, arranging travel, managing filing systems, opening and closing files etc. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and assist in resolving queries. You will manage a number of inboxes and be proactive in communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will take a lead in the billing cycle and liaise with accounts.

 

The successful candidate is likely to be a self-starter who has strong customer facing skills, attention to detail and capable of taking initiative. Organisational skills are obviously key. Commercial property experience is desirable.
