Hours: Full Time at 37 hours; Flexible/part-time hours would be considered with a pro rata salary

Salary: Up to £41,270 per annum inclusive of a Market Factor Supplement of £3,306 per annum)

At an exciting time for Three Rivers Council, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and able Legal Officer/Conveyancer to join our small, friendly Legal team, providing advice to committees and supporting projects.

The successful candidate will have sound experience and knowledge of commercial conveyancing, and Landlord and Tenant matters and sufficient ability and experience to work unsupervised.

The Council is currently involved in large scale projects involving land and property acquisitions and you will have the opportunity to participate in these as part of a small team.  Knowledge and experience of other areas of the law relating to Local Authorities would be advantageous but not essential.
