This business is a fast growing, fast moving software company, who are recruiting for a Commercial Legal Counsel to support the Head of Legal.
They are going through a tremendous growth phase, moving from 60 employees to 130 in a year. Their revenue growth has been exceptional and as a result, they recently joined the Times Tech track 100, which ranks Britain’s 100 private tech companies with the fastest-growing sales over the last three years.
The role involves negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial contracts, advising on Data Protection matters, insurance reporting, improving SLA’s, preparing non-disclosure agreements and managing disputes.
You will likely have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, specifically relating to a broad range of commercial contracts, which includes SaaS and outsourcing agreements. We are open to this experience being from the perspective of drafting and negotiation, or the resolution of disputes concerning commercial contracts.
