My client is an innovative and growing company in the tech sector which has enjoyed amazing growth over the last few years.

As a result of expansion, the organisation has an opportunity for an additional lawyer to support it across all its business functions.

Reporting to an experienced Head of Legal, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts from simple B2B right through to large framework agreements. There will also be the opportunity to be a part of the organisation’s bid and tender process for new projects and reviewing and renegotiating its current supplier contracts.

The role would suit a newly or recently qualified solicitor with up to two years experience working in commercial law. This is a real hands on opportunity to work closely with the senior management team and other stakeholders ensuring that the business continues to thrive.

There is real flexibility on offer in terms of working patterns, so working from home the majority of the time is not an issue. Equally if office working is important to you then there would be a chance to work from premises in the West Midlands.
