Legal Counsel

You will join a global legal team, supporting stakeholders within the EMEA region, working on high impact projects with clear opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

You can expect to get involved in a broad spread of work, including:

· Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
· Provide commercial advice to senior stakeholders
· Manage external counsel
· Support and supervise junior lawyers as the team grows

This role offers significant scope for progression, with the chance to take on managerial responsibility in the short-medium term.

About You:

· As a guide, this role would suit a commercial lawyer with 5+ years PQE
· Experience negotiating and reviewing a broad range of contracts
· Ideally, you will be either English or German qualified
· Must be fluent in English and German
