Legal Counsel

The Role:

You will join the business as a Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel, based in their London office.

Working closely with the UK Head of Legal and wider international in-house legal team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial contracts in the UK & beyond.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced paralegal or junior lawyer to develop your ability further in a supportive environment, while having the investment to further grow your career in the long term.

The role is based in London, with up to 3 days a week in the office.

About you:

• As a guide, this role will suit an individual with 5+ years of commercial contracts experience
• Applications are welcome from Paralegals, Contract Managers, or qualified lawyers
• Experience working on complex contracts, large projects, and ideally some contentious experience
• Comfortable building relationships and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Have a desire to learn and grow your career
