Our Contact Centre teams are currently all working from home with no immediate plans to return to the office. Our longer term location plans are yet to be finalised but we anticipate that this role will be mainly home based with periods in our Manchester office. The initial induction training will be office based.

What work will you be doing?

* Outbound calling to our existing and previous clients to introduce our new Membership proposition
* Conducting Legal Reviews with clients to identify current and future opportunities for our services to assist them and closing the client instructions
* Responding to new enquiries promptly, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and any other new enquiry channel
* Acting in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring the caller feels at ease
* Setting up new cases/claims and capture relevant and accurate details from the caller
* Identifying legal requirements and allocating the enquiry to the correct specialist team or practice area
* Providing a high quality, detailed focused review about the caller to the specialist team or practice area

What sort of person are we looking for?

A sales and customer service background is required to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who can handle new business calls in a professional manner, identify legal requirements, close the sale and facilitate a smooth transition into the legal specialist and practice areas. It involves working closely with the legal specialist teams and legal practice areas to learn and develop your understanding of consumer law, whilst delivering great customer service on every call. This will mean handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment and working towards targets.

You will have a genuine desire to show the caller we care and you will be energetic and enthusiastic about helping people.
