About the Role
To deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on customer outcomes for Minster Law clients, to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the business. The successful applicant will manage a caseload of RTA MOJ Portal claims within the specialist Bike team. The cases will be of higher value (GBP 10-GBP 25k) and those which involve complex injuries and/or losses.
