About the Role
You will be joining our Tech Bike team managing a caseload of Litigated RTA Bike Fast Track cases. Team allocation will be determined by the business need and your current experience, knowledge and skill set; however types of cases managed may vary as the business needs require from time to time and commensurate with your skill set.

Your main duties will include:
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified solicitor or working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive. They will have previous experiencing managing their own caseload of litigated RTA claims and a good understanding of the CPR and litigation process. Experience and knowledge of motorbike claims is desirable.
We are looking for an excellent negotiator with strong communication skills and good attention to detail. You will be a team player and acts as a role model to your colleagues, working together to achieve business and team goals.
