Due to increased workload in the team, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Liverpool office to provide a range of general legal advice to Trade Unions. You will have the opportunity to specifically advise and where necessary, sign off Settlement Agreements.
With a passion for blending your technical expertise with your outstanding communication and client care skills, you will take pride in delivering a first class service to our clients. Having the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure swift progression will be key to your success. To ensure you thrive in the role, we will provide you with structured supervision, coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.
As an admitted solicitor/legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on settlement agreements and identifying any issues which may arise according to the needs of each client. Contacting union officials and members will form a large part of this role and will include development and promotion of this service.
The role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for our clients. You will need to show empathy and understanding, providing a professional legal service with a personal touch.
