Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £21,365

CRA Legal are recruiting for a Legal Helpline Advisor in Civil Litigation. You will have the opportunity to join a business that offers career progression and a competitive salary.
This would be a great way for a Law graduate to enter the legal sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
* Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
* Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email on Personal Injury Claims
* Setting up new claims
* Updating case notes on current notes
* Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements

Legal Coverage:

* Civil Disputes
* Boundary Issues
* Contract Breaches
* Negligence
* Debt Advice
* Landlord & Tennant Disputes

Required Attributes (ideal but not essential)

* Law Degree
* Experience working as a legal helpline advisor
* Excellent customer service skills
