A leading law firm based in Liverpool City Centre and currently looking to recruit a Legal Administrator with previous administration experience to join their RTA department to provide legal administration support to the paralegals and solicitors within the department.
You must have previous administration experience and enjoy working within a busy enviroment.
As a legal administrator within the department you will assist and providing general support to the team who deal with all aspects of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims.
- Book client and internal meetings
- Prepare correspondence and documents from digital dictation
- Answer and make telephone calls
- Manage the case management system
- Prepare document bundles
- Open and close files
- Set up new clients on the finance system
- File, archive, photocopy, scan documents as and when required
