The Leasehold Enfranchisement deals with a wide range of high level work, including: extending the lease of a flat, house lease extensions, collective (flat) enfranchisement, house enfranchisement, right to manage, tenant's right of first refusal, sale of the freehold, and missing landlords.
You will join a friendly, high performing team, and work on a varied, very exciting case load involving a mixture of leasehold enfranchisement legal issues.
