Learning and Development Advisor
The L&D team is one of five core HR Centres of Expertise and is integral to developing legal and non-legal capability, improving performance and building the future talent pool.
The team is responsible for organising all legal and non-legal skills training across all the offices of the firm.
The L&D Advisor will play a key role in the development, delivery and administration of the firm’s learning and development programmes and help ensure that the team provides a quality service in all respects.
The L&D Advisor also acts as a principal point of contact on learning and development matters, and maintaining the online e-learning materials.
Who we’re looking for
You should enjoy delivering training and be confident in designing effective learning and development programmes for different audiences.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to influence others on the importance on ongoing development training are essential.
