Residential Development Lawyers, ideally with a client following, are sought for a CQS accredited firm in Guildford.

The Firm
An international and multi-office practice, located within easy reach of good rail transport links, our client delivers high quality, practical advice to individuals and businesses both locally and further afield. Staffed by dedicated fee earners and support staff, who all share in the firm’s core values of putting clients first and working as one team to find the best practical solutions to each individual’s problems, they enjoy continued success. Recognising the importance of giving back, they have an active presence in their local communities and endeavour to build long-term relationships with clients who then return to the firm whenever a new matter arises. They are now seeking dynamic Residential Development Lawyers for their CQS accredited department in Guildford, Surrey.

The Role
Managing your own caseload of Residential Development matters, this is an ideal opportunity for Lawyers, ideally with a client following, to join an expert team. Your duties may include: land acquisition and sale; strategic site assembly; options and promotion agreements; planning agreements; contentious planning and judicial review; construction advice; property dispute resolution including disputed valuations and overage; plot sales process; affordable housing; adoption agreements and; freehold reversion sales. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ PQE in Residential Development matters.
Ideally, the successful Residential Lawyer will possess a following of clients.
Organised and proactive, you will meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
It would be advantageous to be able to demonstrate exceptional client care skills.
