- Fast and multi-track personal injury matters
- MoJ portal and non-portal work
- Litigated matters
- Accidents at work
- Public liability claims
- Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of four years’ PQE in personal injury matters
- Experience of carrying out claimant matters is essential
- Knowledge of both fast and multi-track work is required alongside the ability to undertake MoJ portal and non-portal matters
- Ideally, you will have some experience of clinical negligence matters
