Lexcel accredited firm in Surrey seeks a Company Commercial Lawyer.
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Company Commercial Lawyer to join our clients practice in Guildford, Surrey. The successful applicant will head up the company commercial team and assist in evolving the marketing strategy.
• Reviewing commercial contracts
• Non-disclosure agreements
• Partnership agreements
• Heads of terms
• Reviewing and drafting terms of business
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Monitoring WIP
• Staff supervision
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of five years’ PQE in company commercial matters
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of dealing with a mixed caseload
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of taxation, property and basic non contentious employment issues
• Ideally have experience of using case management systems
• Be a team player with the ability to work individually under own initiative
