About Eversheds Sutherland:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a L&D Support Advisor based in the International HR Operations team normally based in Birmingham city centre, working 35 hours per week between 8:30am – 5:30pm, with flexibility if required. Currently remote working ability is essential. All necessary IT equipment will be provided to facilitate remote working but candidates should have access to wifi connectivity and a conducive working environment available to them, as this role will involve virtual team, customer and employee meetings via Microsoft teams.

The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support within the L&D team covering all parts aspects of learning. We constantly look for new and smarter ways of working so your thoughts and ideas will always be heard.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for all learning within Eversheds and you will be expected to provide a comprehensive, customer focused support and advisory service, so will need to have an excellent ability to manage relationships and expectations.

You’ll be working required to support on various learning frameworks and will be required to host our virtual learning which is available to the whole organisation.
