• Assisting on and running ranging litigated personal injury files, including lower value multi-track RTA (car & motorbike) and EL/PL claims
• Further investigative work on files
• Reviewing medical reports, documentation and communications
• Handling denial of liability, contested settlement values, contested cases and complex matters when needed
• Settling cases and preparing for hearings
• Instructing council

About the business:

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm with a national presence. Our client is looking to hire an experienced junior legal professional with a background in multi-track personal injury law to join their renowned RTA & employers / public liability litigation team, in their Sheffield Office.

• It is vital you have experience in Personal Injury Law
• It is vital you have exposure to personal injury litigation
• Exposure to multi-track EL / PL (employers liability & public liability) and / or RTA (road traffic accident) personal injury claims is needed
