Duties--******to prepare schedules of Fixed Recoverable Costs (“FRC”)
to prepare Final Statute Bills (“FSB”)
To check FSB and schedules of FRC’s
To locate disbursements vouchers in support of the--******costs claimed
To forward schedules to the paying party
To keep a record of all FSB and schedules prepared
To chase a response to the schedules sent
To deal with preliminary issues raised about costs sent (training will be provided)
To monitor costs recovery and report to team supervisor/manager
To forward cases requiring further action to supervisor for review
To draft FRC ‘short’ bills of costs (training will be provided)
Skills and competencies--******PC skills – word, proclaim and excel
Ability to keep accurate records
Ability to work as part of a team and also on own--******initiative
