Purpose of Role To provide post room and reprographic support to the business teams and ad hoc administrative
duties as directed by the Line Manager when necessary. Main Duties  Sorting and distribution of post  Enveloping and franking of outgoing mail  Scanning/faxing/photocopying  Booking of couriers and outsource services when required  To make certain all filing is kept up to date and files are accessible and well maintained and

comply with File Management Best Practice Guidelines.  Distribution of Stationery  To ensure daily post is transferred to files Skills and Abilities  Ensue accuracy of filing  Ability to complete given tasks within timescale  Be able to work as part of the team  GCSE/O Level – English Language and Mathematics (A-C) To apply please
