Would you like to assist with the design, creation and delivery of training materials and courses that will be used globally?

About the role

Reporting to the IT Applications Training Manager, you will be part of the existing Applications team that deliver training courses both locally and internationally on existing in-house applications, new projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the firm.

You will be a key part of the team that is responsible for:

* Delivering training using a variety of methods and providing firm wide project training including to our international offices
* Assisting with global project roll-outs
* Providing regular induction training for new joiners and trainees
* Working on design and delivery for training programmes
* Developing key relationships with individuals in practice groups, Business Services key contacts and super users in the UK and globally
* Ensure best practice guidance is applied consistently across all sites – proactively ensuring familiarity with what this is

About you

The successful candidate will have extensive experience from a professional services background. You will have a Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) qualification in addition to proven training experience. You will need experience and confidence in dealing directly with all roles with in the firm. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changes. Experience of working within a global company is preferred.
