IT Support Assistant - c£27,000


Our client is a dynamic and exciting mid-sized City law firm who have big plans for 2021 and part of that is growth, expansion modernising their systems to allow for staff to work more flexibly.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated IT support assistant to work alongside their head of IT to support the 100 staff with everything from general helpdesk and 1st/2nd line queries, to setting up new users and supporting remote workers.

You will also be involved in new starter and ongoing training of staff, project rollouts and generally helping keep the network and its users functioning at full strength.

Because you will be dealing with people at all levels, face to face, over the phone and on zoom/teams, it is essential that you have superb communication skills and enjoy an interactive, engaged role, not just a “background” techy type of IT role.

Experience wise they are looking for 12 months+ experience in an IT support role, ideally within professional services, or at least a corporate environment. You will also have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and hopefully a good working knowledge of databases and CRMs.
