We have an excellent opportunity for a Document Production Assistant. Working as part of our fantastic Shared Services Team, you will help us to provide a professional, high quality and efficient document production service to all departments within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent presentation skills, as you will be responsible for proof-reading all work for spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting. As someone who is responsible for audio transcription of legal correspondence and documents, you will have quick and accurate audio typing skills and will be an expert user of key software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Previous experience of working in a legal environment is essential.
