Are you an insolvency solicitor based in Newcastle seeking a position within a large regional Legal 100 firm?

Our client is known for its outstanding reputation and its well-established portfolio of national and international clients. You will be joining a growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

As an insolvency solicitor, you will manage a high-quality caseload of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency issues. You can expect to work with a wide range of clients acting for both claimants and defendants.

Your main duties will include:

• Acting on a varied workload of insolvency litigation matters
• Advising on all aspects of asset recovery issues including possession and sale of properties
• Reviewing, drafting and reporting on documents
• Liaising with clients and providing tailored advice to their needs
• Attending negotiations and meetings

Ideally you will be NQ – 5 years’ PQE and have experience in insolvency law or commercial litigation. The role will be perfect for you if you are commercially minded with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
