This is a exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm as a insolvency Solicitor. My client who is a Independent National law firm is looking to recruit for a insolvency solicitor a the NQ/ Associate level.

The firm is a full service Commercial Law firm and described as a "major player" in the North of England.

Key responsibilities

• Acting on a varied work load of insolvency, including contentious and non-contentious Corporate Insolvency matters.
• Acting for claimants and defendants in both personal and corporate insolvency
• Advising on insolvency and corporate recovery issues
• Speaking with clients, reviewing and reporting on documents and giving advice tailored to their needs
• Attending negotiations and meetings

My client will take into account PQE when applying and will not expect junior Solicitors to have the same knowledge as somebody fairly experienced etc.
