• Previous experience: Experience in insolvency work.

The role

You will be acting for insolvency practitioners, corporates and creditors, providing the highest quality advice on a wide range of insolvency-related issues and processes including:

• Business turnaround
• Insolvent sales and acquisitions
• Compulsory liquidations
• Creditors' voluntary liquidations
• Public interest winding-up petitions
• Director disqualifications

The ideal applicant

The role is suited someone who already has experience working in Insolvency in a National or Regional firm and is looking to join an industry leading firm and department. The ideal candidate will also:

• Be highly determined and able to adapt well within a demanding, fast-paced team.
• Enjoy being challenged by complex legal issues and expanding your knowledge.
• Have sound contentious and non-contentious insolvency experience.
