Top quality work and a progressive working environment awaits for an high calibre insolvency and restructuring associate

My client is leading heavyweight with an established presence across much of southern and eastern England, and which consistently attracts some of the best talent in the market, many of whom have been recruited from large national, international and City practices.

The firm is undergoing an extensive period of growth, both in terms of turnover and headcount, as well as improving its internal procedures to ensure all staff can reach their potential with the support of the firm behind them. This is therefore an excellent time for any ambitious corporate recovery and insolvency lawyer looking to join a firm which is willing to recognise and invest in their potential, with clear career paths for advancement available to high performers.

The work is varied and will involve advising clients, trustees and IPAs on corporate insolvency and restructuring matters which may be either contentious and non-contentious in nature. You will be handling administrations and sales out of administration, reviewable transactions, liquidations and receiverships, misfeasance claims, asset recovery including property assets, and also providing tailored approaches to any insolvencies to achieve the optimum result for your client.

The firm is willing to consider applications from a broad PQE range and seniority, thus candidates of between 3-8yrs PQE or equivalent will prove to be a great fit for the team, although candidates at all levels of qualification will be considered. Remuneration is highly competitive for the region and should attract the very best talent in the area.

To discuss this position in more detail call Greg Reid at Price Richardson or forward your CV in absolute confidence, either directly via the Price Richardson website or using the ‘apply’ link.

Where PQE is referred to this should be taken as indicative only and does not preclude applicants with other levels of experience who can display the necessary skill-set and supervisory requirements from being considered.
