Highly-regarded Top 100 law firm seeks experienced insolvency solicitor to bolster its Legal 500-recognised offering

My client is a well-established full service law firm, which provides an extensive range of legal advice to an impressive client base of individuals and commercial businesses alike. The firm’s insolvency team offers high calibre advice on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and recovery matters, and an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor with a proven background in that field to join a busy and supportive team.

You will be an experienced insolvency lawyer of circa 4-8yr PQE or equivalent with a broad range of knowledge in this sector and will be keen to work alongside recognised insolvency law experts to service a client base including IPs, creditors, company directors and individuals seeking advice on various insolvency-related matters. The role will offer exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, albeit with a leaning towards the litigious side, and thus you should be experienced in dealing with and resolving disputes within the insolvency market, as well as advising on both corporate and personal insolvencies.

The role offers excellent career prospects for ambitious lawyers who are looking for scope to advance their career and to build their practice, although the firm already enjoys high levels of quality work which can be picked up from Day One. Remuneration is highly competitive and whilst you will be based primarily from the firm’s London offices there will be scope for flexibility on working arrangements for those looking to maximise those sort of opportunities.

To discuss this position in more detail call Greg Reid at Price Richardson or forward your CV in absolute confidence, either directly via the Price Richardson website or using the ‘apply’ link.

Price Richardson is a leading provider of retained search and recruitment services exclusively to the legal profession. Working primarily on senior level and partner hires, our experience at the top end of the market sets us apart as a recruiter of choice for top tier firms across the UK.

Price Richardson is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.

Where PQE is referred to this should be taken as indicative only and does not preclude applicants with other levels of experience who can display the necessary skill-set and supervisory requirements from being considered.
