Industrial Disease Fee Earner / Litigator | Rochdale | £19,000 - £22,000

I am currently working with a reputable and well-established law firm based in Rochdale who are seeking to recruit an experience Fee Earner with ideally 1 years + experience in Industrial Disease to join their expanding team!

This Fee Earning role will involve handling a broad range of disputes including Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), asbestos related illnesses, respiratory diseases, and strain injury matters. You will also assess and vet potential new claims, ensure cases are processed in accordance with procedures, deal with complex and non-routine cases where appropriate as well as risk management.

You will have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment where you will have full support of the department and senior team to further your legal career and reach your personal goals.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, dedicated and ambitious as well as having experience and knowledge of using Proclaim case management system.

This firm offers excellent benefits including free parking, bonus's available, high quality training and progression available, 20 days holiday (plus bank) alongside a generous salary starting at £25,000.
