About the role?
You will be responsible for handling your own mixed caseload of multi-track litigated asbestos related disease cases along with a few NIHL cases from inception to settlement.
You will be responsible for reporting to the client as per their SLA and be able to complete your own case plans. You will also be responsible for liaising with co-defendants and co-insurers and will be able to resolve any apportionment issues.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with asbestos related diseases from inception to settlement.
