As part of the new strategy the business is undergoing an exciting and strategic transformation across all areas of the company, implementing plans to become an organisation that is led by innovative and market leading products, all underpinned by a strong recognisable brand.
This position is newly created and will work directly with the business’ in-house legal team.
The position offers the holder the opportunity to make their mark with the senior leadership team by reviewing how the business currently manages legal regulatory risk.
You’ll be required to work independently but will also work with established compliance teams such as H&S and Data and Audit. You’ll design and implement a new way of ensuring appropriate risk assessment, training, monitoring and compliance is in place for key legislation affecting the company.
You may be an experienced compliance or risk manager well versed in implementing and managing compliance systems and have an interest in setting up something new. Alternatively, you may be a solicitor from a regulatory or litigation background who is looking for a broader role with more variety. Alternatively, you may be a professional support lawyer looking to make a move in-house.
