This PLC now seeks to recruit an In house Legal Counsel to join its Legal Team based in Nottingham for a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for the provision of legal services to the business, working as part of the Legal and Compliance team.

You will review, advise and negotiate on a wide range of commercial contracts, including intellectual property licence agreements, sale and distribution agreements, Information Technology contracts, and sourcing and procurement agreements.

It is essential that you have gained commercial contracts experience, as you will need to work independently with minimal support from other members of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique global brand for a 12 month fixed term contract.

For further information on this and other exciting opportunities, or to discuss your situation in complete confidence, please contact Richard at Bygott Biggs.

At Bygott Biggs our aim has always been to provide a more personal service and everyone here believes that recruitment should be about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. The above PQE is expressed as a guideline only. We are happy to hear from anyone who can demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge in order to fulfil this role.
