This successful Nottinghamshire based business with group companies in Asia now seeks to recruit an In-house Legal Counsel to manage its day-to-day legal and regulatory matters.

You will report directly to the MD of the business assisting on a range of matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, handling IP matters, Employment and HR issues as well as some commercial property matters.

Coming either from a private practice or in-house background, you will have ideally gained experience of working on a Corporate/ Commercial, IP, Employment/HR and Property matters.

This role would suit either a qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal and offers a unique opportunity for an individual to become an integrated part of a progressive business.

Salary guideline: £35,000 - £40,000
