In-House Legal Advisor, Warwickshire, ref: WM2 301a

Looking to develop your in-house career ? This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise working  as the in-house legal resource and reporting to senior managers.  You will be the initial adviser on general commercial work for many contracts relating to products and services available within the group. This role will be providing initial advice on a broad range of legal matters and the group are seeking a confident self starter who can work with the existing business team. The legal work includes general commercial contracts, data protection, provision of services and also deal with general day to day legal queries and issues.

Previous experience of working within a large organisation would be advantageous and an ability to understand a complex organisation with many work streams. You should have a flexible yet organised approach to work and also possess excellent drafting and negotiating skills. You should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and an ability to handle challenging fast-paced situations with tact and diplomacy, with both internal and external clients.
