An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to be the first point of contact for day-to-day employment law and industrial relations matters.
Reporting to Boots’ Deputy General Counsel the role will also involve the provision of advice and support to the HR teams on complex employee relations matters as well as supporting the commercial legal team with outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions activity, including related TUPE matters.
You will also be responsible for maximising brand protection and minimising reputational risk and this will involve working closely with PR teams when required.
The ideal candidate will be a credible expert with a keen commercial outlook and capable of forging strong, sustainable relationships across the business.
Experience will have been gained across a wide variety of employment matters, including conduct of Employment Tribunals.
