Rare opportunity for an ambitious construction lawyer to join an expanding and highly-regarded name within the construction industry in an in-house capacity.
My client is a prominent name within the engineering and construction market, involved in prominent projects across industries such as retail, infrastructure, healthcare and sports & entertainment venues, as well as residential developments. An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor of circa 3-6yrs PQE to join this team based near London to work on primarily non-contentious matters in order to bring these projects to fruition.
The organisation is seeking applications from high calibre lawyers who have experience of dealing with matters of this nature and who is comfortable with the drafting of construction contracts including JCT and NEC contracts, as well as having an understanding of procurement matters. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experts within the construction law market and build your skill-set within a supportive environment, whilst also gaining exposure to other construction matters as the demand arises.
