An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial paralegal/ contracts manager to join an In-house team within an established public services business, on a 7-month FTC, based in the North West. The successful applicant will have 3+ years experience of commercial contracts and will be competent working in a fast-moving environment on multiple agreements. Applications are welcome from confident commercial paralegals/ contracts managers, with experience within public services desirable. Salary c.£40-50k.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, they are now searching for an experienced commercial paralegal/ contracts manager to support the operational side of the business, on a 7- month FTC.
The ideal commercial paralegal/ contracts manager will have 3+ years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a fast-paced business-business environment, with knowledge of the public services sector desirable. Joining the In-house team at an experienced level, you will be responsible for mentoring a junior contracts manager, so a confident individual is essential, ideally with managerial experience.
