Job Description:
We are currently looking for dynamic, committed and highly driven Immigration Solicitors who demonstrate strong commitment and extensive expertise in Immigration matters; public and privately funded.
You will undertake a variety of duties such as Asylum, Human Rights, Appeals, Detention & the Fast Track Process, Judicial Review casework as well as undertaking your own advocacy.
The role will require an element of supervision and experience in supervising a team of juniors, assistant solicitors and trainees may be helpful.
Key Skills Required:
In order to be successful, you must have an excellent grounding in Refugee and Asylum Law and experience in own advocacy before the Tribunal. You must be registered with the Law Society on the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Senior Caseworker (Level 2) and have a passion for public funded Immigration Law. Supervisory Status is also desirable but not essential.
You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, think out of the box, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.
