About the Team
PwC is driving major change across information and cyber security by building a centralized model to provide security services across the entire network of member firms.
Mandated at the network level, Network Information Security (NIS) operates outside Information Technology (IT) and is responsible for this major program initiative, from definition of the security strategy to the execution of the global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from local to globally-provided services.
Our mission is to identify, control, and reduce the attack surface across the network of member firms while increasing our adversaries’ cost of attack.
In order to deliver the Cyber Readiness Program, the NIS team is structured into the following Pillars

About the Role
The Chief of Staff pillar within NIS is responsible for the following services

Within the Chief of Staff team, we support the executive team in translating the strategic vision of becoming a best in class security program into actionable projects and facilitate people engagement to attract and retain top information security talent as well as creating engagement across member firms to ensure that all staff are on board with the information security and awareness programs.
Skill and Experience
Resource management, security awareness, project management, business analysis, or corporate-level communications principles, or related technical domain that is applied to solve business problems and deliver necessary results;
Information security program strategy, priorities, and structure;
Incorporating existing Firm knowledge, subject matter, or technical domain expertise into work activities;
Strategic initiatives and implications to messaging in a global organization;
Resolving challenging problems in collaboration with others and take initiative when appropriate to make independent choices on matters of significance; and,
Influencing others within their own functional area or team.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and a team member in the following
Carrying out Chief of Staff initiatives throughout NIS and across member firms;
Working directly with Vertical, Horizontal, and Functional Leadership;
Navigating and working effectively in a heavily matrixed organization;
Resolving complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy or recognizing when issues need to be escalated;
Organizing data and workload to quickly transfer into organized needs for communication and training to appropriate stakeholders;
Working within tight deadlines; and,
Embracing a rapidly changing environment.
