This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of our dynamic HR team that continuously strives for excellence in relation to improving the work place. You will play an active part in realising our team goal of creating an organisation where people are able to be the best they can be, by building effective relationships across the business and ensuring effective first line HR advice is provided at all times.

As a member of our HR team your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing day to day administrative support for the HR function.

* Supporting the HR Manager and Head of HR to provide a comprehensive high quality service to the business.

* Advising on first line HR queries and best practice.

* Support the recruitment process by advertising roles, arranging interviews and liaising with hiring managers.

* Provide assitance on matters in relation to policy and process, salary and benefits, HR communications, management information and performance management data.


Tees has five offices – in Bishop’s Stortford, Chelmsford, Saffron Walden, Royston and Cambridge. This post is located in Cambridge where the successful candidate will work alongside our HR Manager, HR Coordinator and Training Coordinator. Collaborative working is a prerequisite for this role, and travel to other offices will be required; as such a clean driving license would be desirable.
