Housing Litigation Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting to a housing litigation role in Yorkshire! The role would be suitable for a reasonable newly qualified solicitor and the successful candidate will pick up matters including:

- Housing disrepair claims

- Housing possession claims

- Housing injunctions

- Landlord and Tenant disputes

The successful candidate will be able to work remotely but will be required to attend court hearings in Yorkshire. Court hearings will be once a week as an absolute maximum, but likely to be less.

I am interested to hear from experienced paralegals, qualified solicitors and legal executives with some housing law experience.
