Market leading Housing team is recruiting a solicitor to handle a varied case load of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes based at its offices in Manchester.
The Role
Award winning Housing & Regeneration team recognised in the legal directories
Handling a varied case load of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes
Work will consist of ASB and housing management matters, but also including some residential leasehold and more complex cases
Provision of written and verbal advice in litigated and non-litigated matters
Attending County Court, Magistrates Court (civil jurisdiction) and First-tier Tribunal hearings for a wide variety of hearings
Requirements
E&W qualified solicitor
Minimum of 1 PQE
Previous experience of social housing litigation is essential
