Housing Litigation Solicitor - NQ to 6 PQE

A housing litigation solicitor is required to join this leading London based firm's housing management litigation team.

The Role & Opportunity:

As a housing litigation solicitor you will be joining a team which represents registered Providers (RPs), local authorities and private landlords across England and Wales on all aspects of Housing Management. You will have experience in litigation housing management, demonstrate management of your own caseload, comprising a mixture of housing management litigation including injunctions, possession, disrepair, cases before the FTT. You will also have experience with non-contentious matters such as policy advice and drafting tenancy agreements.

Your key responsibilities will require own caseload management, supporting the partners on large and more complex matters as well as generating a caseload of your own, interact directly with clients, manage their expectations and meet their deadlines. You will also assist in the supervision of junior staff and be fully involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner.

Successful candidates must have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in delivering seminars and training. You will demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity as well as being highly focussed, have attention to detail strong and technical ability.
