Do you have experience dealing with homelessness cases and tenancy management?
Our London Borough client is seeking an experienced Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Lawyer to join their team to deal with a busy caseload of predominantly homelessness and tenancy management matters on a locum basis, therefore a strong background in these areas is essential.
The role will be for an initial 3 month period, however this is likely to be extended longer-term. The successful lawyer will work on a hybrid basis, attending the office once per week. The hourly rate on offer is £45 - £55 umbrella per hour, dependent on level and breadth of experience.
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with a busy caseload of housing matters, and must have experience dealing with homelessness cases.
