Are you a Housing Litigation Lawyer available to start on short notice?

On behalf of a London based Local Authority, I am interested in speaking to experienced Housing Lawyers who are able to provide a high quality and comprehensive legal service relating to a range of aspects across Housing Law, including:

  • Tenancy possession
  • Housing disrepair
  • Anti social behaviour
  • Access and nuisance injunctions
  • Injunction breach proceedings
  • Housing fraud and homelessness cases in the Civil Courts

The successful candidate will join an experienced, supportive team and will be over an initial 3 months with the liklihood of extension.

You will be able to work independently from the outset and have the experience of working remotely, as you will be working on a remote basis for the forseeable.

Although Local Authority experience is preferred, those from a private or housing association background who have relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for the Housing Lawyer role, please apply now by sending an up to date CV to Leah Edgar at leah.edgar@sellickpartnership.co.uk. We will be reviewing CVs on a weekly basis and shortlisted candidates will be contacted before the closing date.

Disclaimer: Sellick Partnership is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. Please note our advertisements use years' experience and salary levels purely as a guide. We are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
