Housing Disrepair Solicitor

My client is looking for a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join them as a locum member of their in-house legal team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced housing litigation solicitor (or equivalent) to take the next step in their career. This role is to manage a busy housing caseload, with a large ASB (Anti social behaviour) element. It would suit someone who has a local government, housing association or private practice background.

You must have recent experience of ASB law and the related injunctions and be able to carry your own case load unassisted. You must be highly experienced in dealing with litigation cases, and have a proven track record of excellent client care.

You must be able to communicate effectively and provide concise advice in a timely and friendly manner. The ideal candidate may have worked in a housing association or local authority previously. The role is full time, although candidates wishing to work 4 days would be encouraged to apply.
