Technical Conveyancer - Non case handling

The Firm
Award winning law firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor, CILEX, licensed conveyancer or experienced fee earner to join its progressive conveyancing team in a non case handling role. The firm provides legal services to a diverse range of clients including private individuals and major national developers. The firm is CQS accredited and has won a number of awards in recent years.

The Role
The role is a perfect opportunity for a senior conveyancer looking to step away from handling their own full caseload. You will be responsible for handling technical legal work to include complex title checks and enquiries as well as acting as a mentor and point of contact for other team members.

Requirements
You must have at least 5 years experience in handling complex conveyancing transactions. Proven experience in handling complex conveyancing matters is essential.

A competitive salary up to £40k plus generous benefits package is offered.
